Work Model
The JRT approach to satisfying our customers’ requirements is to:

  • Meet with our customer to define their needs and expectations
  • Prepare a Statement of Work and Project Management plan for the customers' review
  • Share the Statement of Work with our internal associates and sub- contractors
  • Obtain concurrence with the customer on the Statement of Work
  • Build a team from our associates and sub-contractors to execute the Statement of Work meeting the customer’s needs while exceeding their expectations
  • Assign an associate or principal as project manager to interface with the Customer and the team. The Project Manager is the team leader.
  • Execute the Statement of Work according to the Project Plan including mid-course iterations with the customer
  • Present the work product as defined in the Statement of Work to the customer
