Work Model
The JRT approach to satisfying our customers requirements is to:
Meet with our customer to define their needs and expectations
Prepare a Statement of Work and Project Management plan for the customers' review
Share the Statement of Work with our internal associates and sub- contractors
Obtain concurrence with the customer on the Statement of Work
Build a team from our associates and sub-contractors to execute the Statement of Work meeting the customers needs while exceeding their expectations
Assign an associate or principal as project manager to interface with the Customer and the team. The Project Manager is the team leader.
Execute the Statement of Work according to the Project Plan including mid-course iterations with the customer
Present the work product as defined in the Statement of Work to the customer
